Welcome to HIMSS Connect. HIMSS Connect is the Society’s social networking tool offered exclusively to HIMSS Members and Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition attendees. Your registration gives you exclusive access to network and share information with other attendees in your areas of interest in healthcare IT, and more.

HIMSS Connect allows you to make your own personal profile, access a variety of features across the site, and lets you contact other members using messaging and meetings.

There are several major areas and features of the site:

Your profile: You can update your information as often as you’d like, specifying your job title, area of expertise, photograph, and more.
Your Blog: You can write and post to your own blog as often as you’d like. Other users can subscribe to your blog posts and comment on them.
Contact Other Members: You can send messages to other members and connect with them, whether they are currently logged on or not.
People Map: Use this interactive mapping tool to easily find other members with similar interests or demographic attributes.
Your Groups: You can join groups according to areas of expertise and interest.

HIMSS Connect provides you a flexible playing ground in which you can generate your own content, interact and make arrangements and plans prior to HIMSS09.
